I like to buy stuff which is made ecologically and/or with lessening the footprint on the earth - especially if it's made by small(er) companies. My expectations were high and they were more than fulfilled. the harness looks very great, it's easy to adjust at the dog's size, Milo feels comfortable and the soft hemp doesn't damage his long fur - like others did before. Plus he was always anxious if I put a harness over his head, now he is relaxed - he sits down, gives me his paws own after another, I pull it to his back and close it.

I will recommend this harness to all my friends with dogs, even if they all are living in Germany like me.

My dog loves his new step in harness! Quick and simple - thankfully, no more trying to maneuver a harness over his head. I was surprised at how soft it is too. It's nice knowing I won't have to worry about it causing discomfort. Highly recommend!!

I've had some misses with harnesses for this pupper. I was looking for something that was adjustable, as comfortable as a harness can be, and natural. I couldn't find anything made for medium-sized dogs that matched what I had in my mind. This harness has one clasp, adjusts easily, and puts very little pressure on very few points on her body, and she appears to be very comfortable in it. I'm really grateful for this, for the quality, and the care with which it was made. Thank you!

My vet recommended switching from an Easy Walk to a softer hemp harness that also clipped in the back (instead of the front) so that it wouldn't impinge on important joint functioning. This harness definitely feels sturdier, is softer, and comes in black (thank you for that). However, I have a really hard time getting this on her. When you put one leg through the harness, it slips off when you go to put the other leg through. The only solution I have found is putting one leg through then stabilizing that part of the harness against my own body as I put the other leg through. That's a lot of body contact for a dog so she tries to run away now ;/ Any suggestions would be appreciated!



earthdog response: hi lindsey - thank you for your review. in our experience the easiest procedure is to set the harness on the ground, put both paws in the "holes" and then draw up around your dog. it may take a few times/training to perfect. hope that helps!

Purchased this for a JRT who is having skin issues. 3 other harnesses have cause redness and broken skin. After allowing him to heal, we have now used this harness daily for over 10 days and have no problems. It is soft and comfortable yet allows good control of the dog who loves to pull ... Doing better. He is not choking himself either and best of all he is not liking, scratching, or causing redness to his body. I highly recommend this product for any dog but especially a skin sensitive dog who loves to pull.
