hemp & recycled fleece blankets

I purchased an Earth Dog blanket years ago for our first cocker spaniel (probably 24 yrs ago ~ no lie) and I wanted to get a second blanket for the two cockers I acquired from my mom (now I have 3 dogs ! Oye vey!).

I'll admit, I scoffed at the price, but once I got the blanket ~ it's worth every penny. Just try buying that quality of a blanket at a retail store. I love the blanket and the cocker spaniels find it cuddly as well.

Love the quality, color and feel of this blanket! The vibrant tangerine color is inviting. The hemp side is soft yet sturdy while the fleece flip side is quite snuggly. Highly recommend.

I purchased a blue hemp blanket, originally for my dogs. When it arrived, I realized it is nicer than some of the blankets I use myself so it is no longer the dogs' blanket, but mine! I use it while watching t.v. or anytime I want a personal blanket. It has a hemp top material with a very soft fleece underside, well made and warm. My smaller Chihuahua/Maltese dog loves to cuddle with me in the blanket. When it first arrived in the mail, the top hemp material seems stiff, but it quickly becomes softer with use. I have had this blanket for over a month, during a very cold snowy season here, and it has been a good find!

This is the favorite blanket of the whole house. I originally bought it as a throw for me but our two cats and two dogs insist on sharing it. The hemp fabric has a nice cool texture to lay on for warm weather and the soft fleece side is very warm and cozy to lay under in chilly weather.
