the loops on martingale collars are subject to a lot of friction and tension which varies greatly dog to dog. because of this variable you may find that the loop of your martingale may wear out while the body of the collar is still in good shape. in an effort to extend the useful life of your collar we are pleased to offer a martingale relooping program. please download and complete the dog collar repair form below and mail it along with your clean martingale collar. once we receive it we will replace the loop with the same pattern or color as the collar body and return it to you within 10-14 business days.
