Well made, pretty stars on dark red background, but not as stable as wider ones. Still, it does the job. I wish the hemp strapping were wider, maybe 1.5 inches, rather than one inch wide. Two would work well, too.

Great, lightweight, easy-on, well-made, soft yet sturdy harness. I recently ordered a selection of harnesses for my springer, and kept only Earthdog because it was the best for our needs. I like that the webbing for this harness feels soft and natural. Stitching seems strong and the sewn-on ribbon is attractive. A nifty bonus of the ribbon is that it helps me quickly see which end to put over her head. I spend less time figuring out the straps than with other roman style harnesses. The biggest plus is that my girl is safely harnessed without extra material, i.e., no chest plate or back vest-like covering. With all the long fur she gets hot, so that's good for us. She doesn't pull on walks, so there's no discomfort in the strappy design. We keep it loose and it stays on. Thanks Earthdog.
