Absolutely love this harness. All natural and earth friendly. Also great for us that are allergic to other materials such as polyester and nylon. Also recommend using harness rather than a collar. A harness helps better control the fur baby. As a collar does not control but in fact chokes the dog. Also a collar pushes on the larnyx and tributes to laryingal paralisis.(where the dog can't breath and the breathing and food flappers in the larynx end up not working right. Harnesses should be the only thing one should need. Love this. Highly recommend. Hemp is one of the strongest materials. LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT
Super cool design, great quality, and my dog can't slip out of it like other harnesses. Highly recommend!
We have standard schnauzers. We love the hemp harnesses for them. They are strong and sturdy, yet very soft and move well with the dogs.
I have an anatolian/lab/chesapeake pup who is broad chested and quite long bodied. It's been difficult finding a harness with a sternum strap that's long enough to allow her comfortable movement, but doesn't bunch up when she's relaxing. I was initially worried that I'd run into the same problem with this harness, but was pleasantly surprised to see that the strap was long enough that she could run/sprint/walk/flip-flop in it however she pleased, but wasn't so long that it was loose! That it's washable for my mud puddle and pond loving pooch is even better. Super nicely crafted, too. I got the Demeter harness and the colors are sooo beautiful and eye catching! None of the stitching rubs under my dog's arms and the hemp is very flexible and soft. I'm all for minimizing my carbon foot print (and my doggy's!) and was really happy that I got a matching leash and collar to go along with this instead of a nylon harness (with an adjustable sternum strap) that I'd been eyeing elsewhere. Fantastic products and a message I feel good supporting, thanks earthdog!
We always return to Earthdog for dog supplies. We love the quality of their products and customer service, as well as their long history of personally fostering/adopting dogs.
