Unfortunately the collars do not last long at all. We have a dog who is very well behaved and does not pull on the leash, and in under a year the entire collar has fallen apart. We also took great care when washing the collar. If you’re looking for a short term collar then maybe this is for you? But typically a collar should last a little longer in my opinion. Unfortunately we will not be purchasing another one and would recommend you do the same.
