I have been purchasing these collars (and earth dog harnesses and leashes) for years now, and I love that they are both super comfortable for my dog and good for the earth! The quality is fantastic and the hemp is easy to clean. I first found earth dog products when I was looking for an alternative to the nylon products carried in most retail stores - my dog's nylon harness was seriously irritating his skin. The hemp is so soft and we haven't had any issues with skin irritation since we made the switch. I also use earth dog's leashes because they are gentle on my hands, even with the leash wrapped several times. My orders always arrive quickly, and the customer service is top-notch. Would highly recommend these collars and other earth dog products.

these are the only collars i like to use on my dogs. As they are martingales, I do not leave them on the dogs, but use them for walks and love them. first i love that the martingale design means i can leave the collars comfortably loose on my dogs, but know they won't be able to squirm out of them if they want to lunge at a squirrel or cat or whatever else we encounter. second, i love that they are so light and soft! in particular for my dog with very short hair that is particularly fine underneath his neck, other collars can irritate him easily and rub the hair away. I love these collars and am so glad to have found this design and the company! I love the earthdog leashes for the same reasons as i've described here--light and comfortable in my hands the same way the collars are light and comfortable for my dogs! Thank you!

I have quite the collection of collars and these martingales are probably my favorite. They are soft yet sturdy and the colors are gorgeous. I have a couple different hemp collars from other companies but they are much thinner and rougher. I will be buying these from here again if they wear out!

I bought this collar about a year ago. My 60lb golden doodle has a way of backing out of any collar while on our walks/runs. She hasn't backed out of this one yet (and she has definitely tried!) It's held up through rain and mud. Also I like that it's soft and doesn't irritate her. I highly recommend it!!!

Great material. Comfortable for my dog. Was the all natural collar I was looking for. Love the tangerine color. Plus good customer service in emailing answers to my questions.

Only suggestion would be the addition of a stable ring to hang the tag other than the ring for the leash. The tag makes the martingale loop hang down all the time.
