For years I have been purchasing Earthdog martingale collars because they are practically escape proof. The adjustable collar was ordered by mistake as I fatfingered a checkbox on the order page. However, I have no regrets, the colors and pattern are fantastic, fit (size medium for a small Mountain Cur) is perfect. The buckle is plastic but very sturdy and Paddy is neither a puller nor a wriggler. The hemp material has gotten softer since I washed it after Paddy rolled in the mud. I enthusiastically recommend Earthdog collars.

My pit bull and I loved this collar. She had really bad skin allergies and all other collars really irritated her neck. The collar is very sturdy but soft enough to not bother her. We will be purchasing more collars for earthdog in the future.

Remarkable, really. We bought the Seamus color 18 years ago. Guess what...three yellow labs later and it's quite literally STILL my favorite. The older it gets, the softer and more pliable it becomes. Amazingly, the colors and stitching STILL HOLD TRUE! I don't know how you do this, EarthDog. I really don't. Figured with Griffie's birthday coming around it was time to go online and order another or two. Can't wait to received them but too, my 18 year old collar will always be my fav.
